McAfee EE not fully loading Pre-Boot screen - no login box

Have also seen this issue with the E7710 and occasionally the  E7270 - No conclusive/helpful answers...

After encryption. Sometimes after 1st restart, anywhere after.

Machine restarts to either the grey or blue Pre-boot McAfee screen, with no login box.

Same results after wipe/reimage.

Updating Agent to 5.0.4

Updating MDE to 7.1.3.604

No change.
