We have a few laptops within a hospital ward area which users keep on invalidating the username and therefore locking out the machine until the helpdesk recovers it.
What I am looking for is a custom Local Recovery option where the staff can answer certain work related questions within the local recovery procedure and then the machine to boot once into windows (NOT give the option to reset the password)
