I'm a Level 2 technician for a very large network where we have deployed McAfee Endpoint Encryption.
Is there a way to check over a large enterprise network which computers are encrypted and which are not and generate a report of this?
To add to Simon's response, if you don't care about the progress of the machine and only if EEPC is installed or not, you can use the Software Files table in SMS/SCCM to look for McAfee's EXE (as long as you're inventorying EXEs, you don't need to collect them). Alternatively, if you're collecting Add/Remove Program Data, you should see it in the add_remove_programs_data table, too. Of course this is just install vs. not installed and doesn't tell you the crypt state. All depends on what you're looking for the data for.
