We have global safeboot servicedesk admins that have a bad habit of leaving their EEM manager sessions open all day. These users are global so their work schedules cannot be defined easily.
Is there a way/policy or something we can do that after 15 minutes of inacitivity the users get logged off the EEM management console? The server is really taxed in resources and we don't need the extra overhead.
Thanks in advance
sorry no - but if they are not doing anything, they won't be creating any load - they will just be taking up a connection slot and a tiny bit of memory. They won't be creating any db requests or CPU load to speak of.
If you deploy EEM console access via Citrix or TS (and you should for a large company), then you can force-close their sessions on user inactivity.
