Import users without AD connector

I would like to import 2000 users from flat file to SB database with default password in enabled state. SB doesn't use AD connector (from different reasons).
Any advise how to do this?

We are trying to achieve follow:
Staged push of SB client, using EPO 4, allow user to reboot his machine when convenient for him, check machine registration on SB Manager, allocate relevant user to machine, another reboot and allow user self registration (default password, that will be changed to windows one to make SSO work).

Most of devices have 1 user and having users on DB will reduce time during roll out.
Thanks

You can use the Scripting tool to create a vbs script that loops through the file and creates the accounts.

Thanks

Follow script syntax can be usefull for bulk creation of users:
==================
@echo off
set filenum=47

for /f %%a in (userlist.txt) do (

"C:\Program Files\McAfee\Endpoint Encryption Manager\SbAdmCl.exe" -AdminUser:USER -AdminPwd:PASSWORD -Command:CreateUser -User:%%a -Group:NAME_OF_GROUP
echo add %%a to Safeboot database

)
)

goto :EOF

if you're only going to do it once, that script is great.

if you need to do it repeatedly, you should re-write in VBS to make use of persistent connections.

don't forget to clear the audit of the scripting user after you run this (they will have 2000 logins!)
