just restore that ONE account from a backup from a time when you did know the password. If you don't have a backup though (naughty!), call support - they can promote an existing user to level 32, but this may be chargeable and you will have to send your entire database over for processing.
Better still, create a level 31 user account for yourself using your name, and leave the admin account alone entirely - set the password to something long and strange, write it down, and put it in your firesafe.
You should never use an anonymous account for general use - it defeats the point of audit.
