I have created a help desk web recovery group that will allow the help desk users to use web console to recover user passwords. I am not sure what rights should they have to perform this function. Under user I have checked few things that includes "user recovery" option as well, but when they try to log in to the web console it gives the message that they are not authorized to do so.
