We are still struggling with this on a few machines. We dont install AutoDomain by default. When I choose to install AutoDomain on for a machine getting the error, the delete error goes away. When I uncheck it, I get it.

Set the file as a Windows Dll when you want to remove it.  Like I mentioned, it works fine for us with this setting all the time.

However, as SafeBoot mentioned, it may not register the Dll when you run your script on some machines.

I think it's a matter of deciding which is the lesser of two evils.
