FRP version 5.3.1 available?

Dear All,

I see there are release notes for FRP 5.3.1. These mention a bug fix relating to the extension installation, which may hang due to a long SQL query.

"FRP extension upgrade no longer fails due to a long running SQL query."

However, I have been unable to locate installation sources for this version. The latest version available seems to be 5.3.0.143.

Any suggestion as to where to get the files for the latest version would be appreciated.
