FRP 5.0.10 offsite access app not working on MacOS Catilina

sincere apologies for the large number of questions. Pleae bear with me. We are using FRP in an ePO on-prem environment. All Windows machines are in ePO and have FRP installed. We also have a few Mac machines runnning Catilina OS. The Mac machines are however not in ePO and they do not have FRP installed.

We have a few media that were encrypted using FRP 5.0.10. The data on these would need to be accessed on the Mac computers. This was possible in the past using the FRP Offsite Access app that is copied to encrypted media. However, since the machinese were upgraded to Catilina, the Mac machines cannot launch the FRP offsite access app anymore. Instead, they see an error " Cannot open this app".

Does this mean that the data will not be accessible from these devices going forward?
