The password to access the Endpoint Encryption manager is not working. It states that "Token authentication parameters are incorrect". This is 100% the correct password as it's the only one we have ever used and it's never been changed.
I had the same issue a few weeks ago but that time a restart of the server resolved it that time.
I have tried this but it hasn't worked I am sorry to say.....
Is there any way I can recover my password or has anyone else had similar issues??
you only have 1 admin account? i would reccomend more than one incase this happens again. as to solving it Im not sure apart from a reset or a restart. My admin account corrupted itself recently and i had to have a new one created, so you are better off with a few
