Encrypted USB Devices Blank

EPO 4.6.7

EPO agent 4.8.0.1500

Target system = Windows 7

We are testing an  imantion H100 on our EPO Development server.

We have installed the Encrypted USB extension 2.1.1.22 and the EUSBDBCleanup extension 1.0

We have loaded the Encrypted USB Client and Encrypted USB administrator on a couple of systems. The systems and the drive appear to receive the policies. It initialized according to our policy settings. We can turn the onboard AV client on and off we show good communication and connectivity between the client and EPO. The drive even loaded a firmware update, But EPO is not receiving any data about the drive. The Encrypted USB devices query is blank. We have no trouble receiving other information about the system, virus defs etc.

I think you would need to go to Imation for support on their products and EPO extensions - There's not much we know here about them.
