I am Snehangshu Mandal from IT dept. of Tata AIG Life Insurance Co. Ltd. India. We have a laptop that is not booting as an error occour in Safeboot ver. 4.2.
ERROR: 5B050010 - EPT Sequence Error
We are using Windows XP SP2 in that system. I have read the process documentation to recover the system in Mcafee site(KB52119). but the problem is we don't have SBFS.exe & EPTINFO.exe fileswith us. Please provide the link to download the same as we need to recover data form the system. otherwise please mail me at Email address removed by Moderator for User safety.

May I know whether we tried booting the computer in safe mode or Last known good configuration ?
If not please turn on the computer and start tapping the F8 key and you would get the windows advanced options.
Also please let me know whether are we using the enterprise version of McAfee and when exactly this issue occurred?
