Deploying EEPC v22.214.171.124 through ePO and having reporting problems....
I am getting 'Unknown Error Occurred' when running the sbde.DriveCheck.name query in ePO 4.5 Patch 1. Furthermore I get the error message 'This monitor cannot be displayed due to an unrecoverable error' using the dashboard. I am using the latest SbDe5.zip in from EEPC v126.96.36.199 installation package. All the other queries are working like they should from this extension.
EEPC v188.8.131.52 installs via ePO 4.5 without any problems on the client machines.
Anyone ever had this problem?
Good suggestion but I resolved my problem....at least a band-aid. I would have posted this on ePO Managed but I have MEE Manager v184.108.40.206 (FDE) implemented. I am only deploying/reporting through ePO.
At the Drive Check query I changed the Sort by: from 'Value (Ascending)' to 'Label (A-Z)'. I ran the query successfully. Seems to be stable now. I wonder if this is due to fact it is ePO 4.5 instead of 4. I will put in a ticket to McAfee Support if there are any further problems.Message was edited by: SafebootMEE on 2/16/10 11:15:47 PM GMT
