I have a problem last time with the products EEPC 5.2.x. Sometimes a user can not log on to notebook and he got error message (code 0xe0010022 "The token is not the correct on the for user"). When I look on the EE Manager on his user account, so I found, that SSO details are empty and user can not log on. It happen only a random users. When creating a new user to in the EE Manager I fill in details of the SSO himself, but if happen this error SSO details are empty.
Have any idea somebody, how to resolve this issue?
