EEFF - Authentication Options?

We have a business use where attourney's need to transfer information from our attourney to opposing counsel and to the court systems.

I can train our users how to collect all the files, and create a self-decrypting archive using EEFF, and burn it to CD. However, the recipients are protesting, and judges are notoriously difficult about this: They refuse to accept anything that requires a password.

So...is there any way to have EEFF prompt the user with a question, such as: Who's the plaintiff? or What's the case number?", so that no matter which clerk at the court is handling the data, they will be able to open the file.

If anyone has other suggestions, I'm listening.

So they use computers without passwords?

Re: EEFF - Authentication Options?

Thank goodness they're not on MY systems!

I'm guessing they still ask the clerks to print out their emails so they can read them.
