EEFF 3.2.5 Error: There are no databases available

Dear community,

When installing EEFF v.3.2.5 on a Windows 7 32bit notebook, after rebooting

and first synchronisation, the error message from SbCeProvider: "There are no databases available" will be shown.

No login is possible then. The error is at one machine only, with this setup File.

When checking the sdmcfg.ini file, the correct database addresses reside there.

Any ideas?

thanks in advance, for any help.

Re: EEFF 3.2.5 Error: There are no databases available

usually this means your EEM server is offline or not available.

Windows Firewall?

Re: EEFF 3.2.5 Error: There are no databases available

No It doesn't matter if windows firewall is on, or off in this case.

Telnet the server address and port gives me the acknowledge that server is answering well and

network connection works.

I've checked the McAfee service in Windows Services that comes with EEFF, and it's running.

Comparing the McAfee folder size and amount of files does not give any conclusion as well.

Any other Ideas?

Otherwise McAfee Support will be necessary, I think.

I wait on your answers before that.
