I browse through connector log and see this error?

What does this mean?

it means that the AD user associated with the EEM user ferre has changed their (ad) name, but the connector is unable to change the EEM name to match because there's already an EEM user with that name.
it depends on how you have things set up - what are you using as your binding variable? that's the definitive answer as to the relationship between the AD user and the EEM user. Normally it's the AD user GUID.
I would use something like softerra ldap browser, or write something in vbs to look up that user in the AD.
We used NTID for MEE username
I've checked and look some of these from AD and also MEE manager..
but i could not find what actualy have changed..
both ntid in AD and username are same..
Still wonder what does this error means..
go find the user in your AD which has the GUID specified in the eem user with the name "ferre" - you'll find their AD user name is not "ferre"
We're mapping AD group via MEE AD Connector.. and user is add to the respective group based on their ntid...
I've looking at both username/ntid from MEE Database & AD but i still could not find any changes or differences..
Since some of the username not used or no audit log.. I;ve delete it..
So let see if this fix this error..
