Hi all,

My case is that the PC cannot reboot to Windows 10 after its windows update and the hard drive is encrypted by McAfee.

1. Tried repair but failed

2. No setup of restoring point

3. I want to access the encrypted hard drive to copy files out

What should I do? Please help.

Sometimes when the windows update is performed PBFS could ahve got corrupted, hence Please use DETECH USB to recover the system.
