We have just upgraded from safeboot 18.104.22.168 (5400) to 22.214.171.124 (5400). Everything seems to be working okay. We have had some issues with the web interface, as we were still using Safeboot HTTP Server. We have now successfully installed Apache as suggested by Peter.
The helpdesk team is now experiencing an issue that when a user calls to reset their password (token), as soon as they put in the challenge code and click next the page displayed returns to the web login page.
Has anyone come across this issue???

So the helpdesk operator do not get a code to give back to the user. It just goes back to the webHelpdesk login page
