A disk read error occurred

Any idea what the following error message is when switched on of my laptop?

Resetting hardware...
Starting operating system...

A disk read error occured
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

After restart of the laptop this error repeat.
I had use BartPE with WinTech. In Wintech I had choose the option to "authenticate from database" and selected my .SDB file. Next I opened the A43 file manager and tried open my drive, but i did not some data.

looks like a hardware error on your drive, either that or the drivers are bad.

I think with your wintech CD, you forgot to mount the drive - that's required prior to trying to access it if it's encrypted.
