procedure for blocking extensions in MSME 8.6

Team,

We have MSME 8.6 installed 

We need to block lot of extensions in MSME. HOwever when I go to Policy manager-Shared resource- File filtering rule-Enable File filtering- 

there is option to put the file names 

Since it is just the extensions, I cna add as *.exe with wild card as well

however need to know if I can add them all in a single filed--like *.exe, *.jar, *jav, *.jave and so on

OR 

I need to add a single name *.exe in seperate fields

Also the above setting that I am configuring the extension blocking ( in shared resources, file name filtering) ... is it correct ??
