can not send mails

Hi All, I install McAfee Security for Microsoft Exchange v7.6 on Windows Server 2003 x64 with Microsoft Exchange 2007 but after restart i can not update database and mail server can not send mail (block port 25). Please help me, thanks!

Could you tell me which product you have installed on MS Exch .

If  its VSE 8.x managed by ePO kindly follow the below said link also pls exclude the neecessary exchange files

Wether the exchange server is running with AV ...?

Yes Microsoft Exchange 2007 will support the VSE 8.8

Minimum Requirements for MSME 7.6 is Exchange 2007 SP2 as per the product readme :-

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP2 

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP3 

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP1

Yes, because i think it maybe conflict so removed AV but still can not send mails. Maybe need to upgrade to SP2 or SP3 and try again. Thanks!
