attachments rule / filter problem

Jump to solution

Hello,

will use a rule to redirect attachments to quarantine (MSME 8.6 + MQM 7.1.1). The rule applies to all who are not in an Active Directory group (= external senders). Unfortunately, attachments are also filtered if you save e-mails as drafts or move them within a public folder. How can this be prevented?

Thank you in advance!

Could you please let me know the exchange version. If it is Exchange 2010 and below - disabled VSAPI scanning on MSME.

Disabling VSAPI and restarting the MSME service was the solution, thank you! Smiley Happy
