MSME is failing to release some emails that have been blocked by the File Filter, Archived File option. I click the release button in the web console and the popup reports "the operation completed successfully" but the mail doesn't arrive. I've also tried forwarding to to myself, with the same result.
There are other emails I have been able to release and forward, but these were detected by the Mail Size reason.
How do I release the files, or at least find out why they won't?
