What does the EPO Alert - "Action Taken: Replaced" mean ?

I currently have our EPO 4.6 server to email everytime a client detects a virus.

I had  an alert and the action taken said it was replaced. Normally its either deleted, cleaned etc but ive never seen replaced.

What does the term replaced mean ?

Re: What does the EPO Alert - "Action Taken: Replaced" mean ?

It could depend on the actual detection - most items nowadays the infected item is like the full file i.e. an exe disguised to encourage user to click and run - cleaning this actually mean removing it completely and then replacing with text as a warning.
