McAfee MSME 8.5 On-Access Scanning - setting time/date settings

Hi,

Im running MSME8.5, ePO 5.3.1. My problem is sending a On-Access policy to the client server. It will take every part of the policy, except the Start Background Scheduling  "Enable at" and "Disable at" time/date settings. It keeps defaulting to "Not Scheduled".

Anyone else have this issue? Any help will be appreciated.

Moved provisionally to Email Security for Exchange/Domino as a better spot for support.

As a quick test - create a new On Access settings policy based on the "McAfee Default" version - this is read only and would never have been changed since install.   Try assign that one to your exchange\msme server(s) hosting mailbox role.

(will assume this is not E2013 server which does not have VSAPI)

Thanks that worked - its a bit odd though. I had created several copies of the orginal Policy - all parts of the policy would work except for On-Access time/date settings. It kept coming up Not Scheduled.

Thank you.

Sorry I spoke too soon....its reverted  back to "Not Scheduled" in both in "Enable at" and "Disable at". Im the only person working on the EPO box.
