Dear Team,

Blacklists\Whitelists work for Spam Section of product.
Mail URL scanning is not part of AntiSpam
Download one of the emls from detected and open or check the mail for URLs
Got to Network Security – Virus Alerts | McAfee Threat Center
Scroll down to "Search Threat Library" select Website/URL and add the URLS for the mail to test them.
If there is a hit e.g HIgh Risk returned - then select the "Next Steps" Box and select "Dispute Classification" follow through to creat the dispaute on the url(s)
If you register then you can do this at anytime and get notifications of progress etc.

Dear Aidan,
I have followed your steps and as per image below they have approved and done the request. But somehow we are still having the same issue.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you,
Regards
Joseph
The URL rep downloads a new additions to the DB every 24 hours - so its possible your system does not have the new DB yet.
Check Interface - Settings & Diags - Product Log - look for the last entries that state
Mail Url Rep Cache DB - incremental db download started
Mail Url Rep Cache DB - incremental db download complete.
Once you see this with todays date ... test same.
Please also note - I am assuming you are running MSME 8.5.1 with Latest HFs that are available at Download site
In HF1144496 there is a fix for an occasional issue where sometime the urldb updates did not get applied.
This is in HF readme - Resolved issue list.
The mail URL database update no longer fails and doesn't log any error messages. (1134372)
The MSME Ver is 8.5.8327.103, and the logs show as below.
Yesterday 12th Jan 2017 at 11:37:29 it has started the full DB download but its stopped ( error 42 )
Dear Aidan,

Joseph
Dear all.
This issue is still pending even after done all step above and all updates need it.
I we need to solve this issue since our client is not happy at all with this situation.
Kindly advise.

Are the 3 available HFs for MSME 8.5.1 installed? If the database is not updating correctly the issue will continue.
Are you still getting error 42 after Hfs installed??
