what happens when you do the following:
on the left side of the gui under Dashboard click configuration reports.
click new report
for the recipient address add an address for a mailbox you can access. click next, click finish and apply
click run now
does the email address show the correct sender?
Since you are shown as T3 Support, i can only say that MSME 8.5 is driving me crazy. I have had like 3 tickets in the last month, all about MSME 8.5
At the Moment, if i restart MSME, the GUI is broken forever. I Need to manually delete/move the config, copy the 2 .XML Default config files into the Folder, restart MSME and push policies from ePO.
