MSME 7.6 - Antispam can't be disabled

Jump to solution

Dear all,

We are using MSME 7.6 on our Exchange servers, linked to our ePO 4.6 installation.

We don't need the anti-spam feature as another product takes care of spam, so we un-thicked the corresponding lines in the policy settings.

Unfortunately, the thicks come back after several hours, as shown in this screenshot:

How can we truely disable the anti-spam ?

Is there a specific setting in ePO ?

We only found this setting in ePO which is not enough

Thanks for your help.

Best Regards

In ePO - instead of opening "AntiSpam" Policy - open "Scanner Settings" Policy assigned to the server(s) - you will see the settings pretty much similar to Policy Manager in local interface  - choose "Gateway" - "Master Policy"  - you can disable AntiSpam there.
