I am trying to install group shield on my 4th exchange server.
At the very end of the installation I keep getting the error attached.
I included the environmental variables and still no luck.
If this Exchange 2010 SP2 (or above) - think we've seen before - Open a case with support - they will check the msi logs and should be able to rectify with a fix for the installer.
This is SP1 however I won't be updating to SP2..
From where can I open a case please?
You can open an manage case via McAfee Service Portal if you have a registration .... https://mysupport.mcafee.com
Or you can dial in to the free phone numbers in your region - this should be in the documnetation for product and contract. .
