Adding URL exclusions to MSME mail url reputation scanner

Hello again!

Is it possible to create a sort of a whitelist of URLs by the On-Access scanner? The problem is, that in the footer that is used in emails in my company we have a phrase "m.st" which is treated as a link (both by McAfee and Outlook). It wouldn't be a problem if McAfee wouldn't treat these 'urls' as a threat. I didn't find any possibility in the web interface to setup such whitelist so for now, I need to add all of the senders to the email whitelist (so I have to constantly check whether an email was halted by McAfee) which is kinda annoying.

(I'm running McAfee MSME 8.5)

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Adding URL exclusions to MSME mail url reputation scanner

msme doesn't have a way to whitelist the url.  also, the url http://m.st is seen as a medium risk spam url.  that's why it is triggering.  if you have set msme to quarantine the email then could you go into the detected items view and download a copy of one of the emails that is triggering and upload it to this ftp location?

i'd like to get a better idea of what msme is seeing.
