is there a way to create a whitelist rule for allow special sender-recipient to bypass the corrupted/encrypted check?
OK, I could create a POlicy rule and disable the corrupted/encrytion, but create a policy rule for each case, is it too much ?
Up though 7.5 you will need to create a new policy and change the corrupted / encrypted check. If there are several users experiencing the issue, you could create a user group to contain them, and apply the policy against that.
On 7.6 there is the option of policy exceptions. That could be configured for the policy the messages are hitting, and simply list the problematic users in the exception (again, a group may be useful).
