Is it possible to give priority to which quarantine queue an email will goes?
I have the case of spam emails that contains exe. Both the spam and file filtering rules are detected for this emails.
For policy rules for both the detections should be quarantined in different queue.
They are quarantined as Spam , so in spam quarantine.
The problem is that the user can "release" from this queue. So the malicious exe can reach the user.
I would like that if an email has exe, will goes to the quarantine for exe.
is there a workaround ?
thank you to all of you!
partly possible playing with "quarantine configuration ----> Quarantine Queue Settings"
where could be defined the priority of different quarantined queue.
then what is defined as action on the quarantine counts as well i.e. Deny connection is stronger than Accept and ..
plus Virus queue has priority.
What I cannot reach is :
an email has an exe and is Spam ---- > NO notification to recipient. Quarantine content queue. (spam will allow user relelase!)
an email has an exe and in NOT spam --> notify the user . quarantine in the content queue
