Underlying OS for MEG 7

Does anyone know the underlying OS for MEG 7? Is it RHEL,  Solaris, Novell/SUSE etc? I need to know as I would like to look at porting it on VMWare servers?

Do you know what it's based on? RHEL, Novell/SUSE, Solaris?

Re: Underlying OS for MEG 7

I remember being told that it was based on SecureBSD, back in the 6.x time, but no way to verify if that is correct or not.
