Too much spam

Anyone else seeing a steady flow of spam getting through?  I know of the issue McAfeee had with their DB but that was months ago.  I woudl expect things to have improved by now.

I have since discussed twice with tech support who acknowledges they get a lot of complaints.

What worries me is that our score is set to Quarantine at 5 and drop at 10, and some of the spam messages getting through are logging a 1!  Not even close.

Any advice?
