Some users cann't release quarantined mails from quarantine digest message

Periodically some users cann't release their emails from quarantine digest. Users are situated in different network segments. And each time, there are different users, not constant. It's not independent from On-box or Off-box quarantine manager.

When some users open their digest mail, then trying to release marked mail, these mails staying in the quarantine manager.

But from quarantine manager Administrators can release their mails.

Where is the problem and how to solve it?

Wasn't any error message.

Thanks to all for attention!

I have solved this issue by changing hostname to IP-address of the MEG in the menu "Email | Quarantine Configuration | Quarantine Digest Options"

in the option "Appliance IP address or domain name to use in digest messages".

Could you clarify what you mean by "It's not independent from On-box or Off-box quarantine manager." ?

Are you using MQM?

I work with 2 MEG7 in different companies.

- one with own quarantine manager (on-box)

- second with separate quarantine manager - MQM 7 (off-box).

But interesting, both have the same problem.

Is it possible there's a router ACL for firewall of any sort that's blocking the windows intregrated auth that I believe is in use for the release post requests?
