We would like to know the "sender ID check" that exists in the "sender authentication" policy refer to what?

Sender Id in MEG is working along with the SPF feature,

MEG will share the MAIL-FROM identity of the recived email and SPF record to our TrustedSource and confirm the sender identity.

Please contact the Technical Support Team for more details.
