Release request notifications

I'm sure this is a really stupid question, but how do I know when a user has requested a Quarantine release?  I know I can search, but I really need an email alert, but I can't see where to configure one.

It must be possible, surely?

Re: Release request notifications

Unfortunately there is no way to notify and administrator inbox of a release request at this time. If you choose to use McAfee Quarantine Manager with your Email Gateway you will be able to generate regular status notifications for quarantine admins which provide information about queue sizes for any managed domains.

You can also submit a feature request so product management can review the possibility of adding this feature on a future release, you will find further information on how to do this on McAfee KnowledgeBase - How to submit a Product Enhancement Request (PER)

Hope this helps.
