We use Exchange server to house all of our mailboxes. Any messages sent outside of the Exchange organization gets routed to the Email GW for SMTP delivery.
We're seeing that no Exchange users are receiving non-delivery reports when their external SMTP messages are not delivered.
How can I troubleshoot this? Regards,
Not sure how this got fixed but the Email GW is now sending NDRs to the mailbox users as it should. We have the NDR timeout set to 1 hour and it appears that a "queued" or "bounced" message will NDR within that timeframe.
Now we're trying to figure out how to forward NDR messages to both the user and our MEG administrators.
