Please i need your help. After i joined McAfee Quarantine Manager with Email Gateway 7.0 all the email previously quarantined locally are missing. Is this the normal behauviour after the integration? can i recover that messages or send them to quarantine manager?.

Any messages that were quarantined on the appliance prior to enabling MQM are still there and can still be released via the message search interface. They are not automatically sent over to MQM and won't be included in any digests that MQM creates and sends.

You are right, the messages are displayed in the search interface, but when i filter by message status->Quarantined does not display aniything. I tried with the version 7.5 and the messages are properly displayed, i think it must be a bug in the version 7.0
I would make sure you are on the latest patch for 7.0, which is 7.0.5 and if the issue persists, open a case with support so it can be reviewed.
