MEG Don't show all Conversation Log

Hi guys,


We have a problem with MEG.

It don't show "Conversation Log" for all e-mails.

Some emails the "Conversation Log" is Enable, but, others e-mails, it dosen't.

Do you know why this happens?

Hello @lucascombr ,

Cause :The admin user has not been explicitly granted rights to manage the queues where some of the messages were quarantined.  This causes a segmentation fault and MEG cannot properly display the conversation logs or the controls to manage these logs.


This issue is resolved in MEG appliance 7.6.402, which is available when you log on to the ServicePortal at:

Updates are cumulative; we recommends that you install the latest one.
