Cause :The admin user has not been explicitly granted rights to manage the queues where some of the messages were quarantined. This causes a segmentation fault and MEG cannot properly display the conversation logs or the controls to manage these logs.
Solution:
This issue is resolved in MEG appliance 7.6.402, which is available when you log on to the ServicePortal at:https://support.mcafee.com/downloads.
Updates are cumulative; we recommends that you install the latest one.
