Failed to Load TransportScan module error

Good day, looking for a SME regarding this error message. Within our policy the check box for  Loading TransportScan module fails is clearly unchecked within the Product Health Alerts fields.

For some reason unknown the IT security group is receiving these alerts daily from two edge servers yet our policy says it should not be doing that. We have double checked, between our Exchange 8.6 and 8.7 policies. The header for these received emails: a=entry for x-mailer:Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000?

Anyone else experience anything like this of late? We are running McAfee 5.10 Orch.
