Hi,

If you mean changes a given user makes to the MEG settings, yes you can use System, System Administration, Configuration Management to see a list of the recent changes. This will show which user has applied a policy change, including date and time. To see the changes you need to select the first entry (last config change / current config) and the entry corresponding to changes made by an user in the past. This will display a dialog where you can see the changes made based on the back-end XML settings (there is no textual description of changes made at this time).

Hope this helps.
