Hi,

Regarding your document and the 9.5.0 install guide, I have an issue with the connection towards the switch.

In HA, when I connect the ports n°2 & 3 towards the switch for both ERCs, the ssh connection failed 'ER360'.

I had also a problem in standalone, the connection with the ESM is running with port n°7 and not the port n°2 (ERC model : 1260A).

FYI : I put the IP@ in intial conf

- ERC1 : 10.1.10.10

- ERC2 : 10.1.10.12

I had the same issue. The cause was in two parts.

1. Firewall had not been configured to allow it

2. The network service needed to be restarted

I'm on a lab environement, none FW.  I rebooted the devices, same result.

I think we have a problem with McAfee port dtermination fot both architecture (standalone and HA).

The ports defined on official documents seem to be faulty ...

Hi,

I accessed today to the equipements and note the 'real' ports with Flash NIC. FYI, the script didn't anything, the prt didn't change and remain the same :

So I plug the equipements as shown below :

Then I setup the unique IP address : 10.0.0.1. Activate the HA with primary IP address : 10.0.0.2 and secoundary 10.0.0.3.

The process seems to be good until the write of setup of the secoundray and received the error :

I click on Close, and the can access to the equipment setup. But when I'd like to change the network conf, I receive a HA setup warning, like it is the first time that I will set it !?

Please pay attention to the details:

NOTE: Depending on the Management Port identified by Flash NIC, follow the steps in the corresponding document:

That means that Flash NIC will give you information it's not going to fix your issue.
