New McAfee Database Security server - SYSLOG HELP

I have tried to get the communication between our DAM Application to our cloud Rapid 7 SIEM. We were trying to send to app logs over a Unique UDP port 105xx. It is not getting there. It doesn’t appear to be sending.  I know there is communication between the 2 servers. Does syslog have to be turned somewhere else with in the system for the Application to send the syslog. We tried a different route by pulling the application data from a file location. When I make test changes To the file I can see it in the SIEM so again the system can communicate. In this set up I think possibly we are looking at the wrong file. Please help. I have it run into such a difficult syslog set up. Any advice appreciated.

Install McAfee Database Security server and configure one of the McAfee Database Security servers to work with an external database,Install McAfee Database Security server on the other systems in the cluster computers,Stop all McAfee Database Security servers.
