Online backup failing

Hi there,

I see that lots of people have asked this question before but I couldn't find the answer anywhere. I'm getting the following error message when I try to run an online backup: Software Disabled (FilterError0) - I'm also getting the 5 days since successful backup message.

See screen shots. My version is 3.6 and build is 3.6.102.

Yes I did thank you and got it all sorted. I tried the FAQ and almost sorted it but ended up needing to call - all fixed now though thank you.

I moved this to Online Backup for better support.  I don't use the product but until someone comes along with more experience  this FAQ may help.   Otherwise Technical Support is available free of charge by phone or online chat and linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.

Did you contact McAfee's Technical Support with regards to this issue or else I may provide you with the steps for resolving it..!
