. I need help regarding McAfee File and Removable Media Protection :
After its deployment in the client system and creating "User-Based Policies" (Policy Assignments Rules) the communication between the agent and the server fails, knowing that this error appears only after creating the User-Based Policies using Active Directory users, below the steps to create User-Based Policies :
. Befor creating "User-Based Policies" the communication Agent-server is working normaly.
. ePO server is successfully connected to the LDAP server :
Versions of products :
ePO : 5.1.0 (Build: 509)
FRP : 4.3.1.138
Please could someone tell me the reason of this issue and how to resolve it ?
