I work for DoD and have installed HBSS (ePO) and its components on 83 workstations (OS: (72) Windows 7; (9) XPs). In order to be CTO 10-133 compliant, I installed/configured DLP v9.2.1, which allows only authorized users to write to/from the Secret machine onto CDs. From time to time, some of the users are getting the following error message when they try to logon:
"The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."
This issue occurs on a random basis. So far the only thing I have been able to do to resolve the error in order for them to access their machine is to remove DLP (at their machine) which is a hassle. I have been trying to solve this problem for a while. UAC is not enabled. Some of the users having the problem were given full admin rights by the system admin which allowed them to login. However, that will not suffice for a long-term fix.
I need assistance. Please advise!

On the assumption that this is a Data Loss Prevention issue (and it might not be) I've moved this post from the Consumer Help section to the Business section (Data Protection --> DLP)
