loss of tag persistency

Respected All,

one problem i am facing rightnow is the loss of tag persistency i.e. if the confidential file is encrypted through AxCrypt open source software ,it losses the tag information.if i  change the extension or convert the file to .rar ,the  DLP agent block the file but not blocking encryption file.


Really appreciate for a quick advise i have already logged a case with McAfee but so far no response from Mcafee Technical Team.
